in the State; the centre of perhaps the richest in it’s pastoral and agriculture. Located
in one of this continent's most picturesque countryside; the city is partly surrounded
by eye stopping mountains and pristine national parks.
Tamworth is strategically located on National Highway 15 - the New England Highway - between
Sydney and Brisbane with major links to the Gold Coast, Port Macquarie and Dubbo.
It is the hub of the State's regional airline network, has fast Explorer train services to
and from Sydney and there are long distance coach connections in all directions.
